Develop a new policy or procedure addressing one of the federal or individual state antidiscrimination laws ..based off of some ficticous company policy.
Please note that this research should be clear, concise and to the point. Should exhibit a clear understanding of the purpose of each and every word within the policy or procedure and the correlation to the specific antidiscrimination law.
