Imagine you work for a belligerent fool, who doesn’t understand how his/her own framing is leading to poor outcomes.
Kindly explain to this person what he/she is doing…
how it compromises the organization…
and what he/she could do differently to improve.

You’ll be more convincing if you cite your own imperfections and relate how you learned about them and what you’re doing about them.
