I need spelling grammar the whole nine on this
Over the past 6 months I have spoken with you many times about problems on the North Slope even as far as coming up one day early to speak with you in person about these problems. Where I have received no help nor any answers I have outlined a few bullets below for you and others.
•
I was simple told it was out of my hands now in my mind the way a chain of command works is you tell your “boss” or in the case as a “director” about problems and they should be able to have a grasp on these.

I have asked for roles and responsibilities to no answer.
•
Spoken about flight problems on how an alternate can come up on the last flights and leave on the first flights once again to no answer. With me getting yelled at if I take the same flights as my alternate does.
•
Calling my person cell phone that I was told to answer on my time off the phone I pay for not Peak.
•
About the hostile work environment that is a continued problem on the North Slope that you won’t do anything about. I’m sure if you ask other people they will say the same thing.
•
Have asked for support on making training easier nothing was done about that.
•
I spoke about the legal issue of myself teaching a First Aid & CPR class and not being an instructor and having someone else enter test to make it easier on the work force. I’m sure you do understand in a legal aspect Peak can get into serious trouble with this.

The paperwork that is left before by the alternate the refuses to do any paper and I quote on this one “ I have been doing this for 30 fucking years and it’s my prerogative if I don’t want to do paperwork.” I have told you this many time on how long it takes to do 3 weeks of her work and all you want to do is pass the buck to Kerry, Luke, Diane, or anyone but that person that doesn’t do her work.

Being told to have the guys sign a roster for training that personnel don’t take and I have stated I will not do this and sit and coach them to use VTA even if some people struggle at a computer.
I have asked for a transfer several times and have been told no. People can’t work in this type of environment it’s not healthy but you continue to let this go. I ask you how many people have been in that spot in the last few years. Maybe it’s not them just maybe. I have told you about other worker how they do I fine job all they call for is direction and that isn’t something they do not receive if Luke or myself isn’t there.
On 3/7/2014 I did receive a letter in the mail from Peter “Skip” Bush telling me Luke was going back up as manager and I would be going down to a field slot and my pay would be lowered. When I spoke with you in person on 1/22/2014 in the Anchorage office I was told I could step down and my pay wouldn’t be affected in any way I would still make the same amount of money. Well in the letter you state I will be put back to the wage I made in May 2013 which is an unacceptable wage for my experience, schooling, and knowledge. I averaged 100+ hours about all my hitches and I just started placing that on my timecards but do have it in my log books at my house that would make you wage
Addressing another part of your letter that was received by me on 3/7/2014 you have stated poor attendance Skip I have been never late for work besides this last time and that was due to a family emergence with my wife. And my poor work performance Skip I have heard you say nothing but good things I have never been counseled on this or being late for work. If you could please provideme copies of signed counseled statements that would be great.
I need to know this hostile work environment is taken care of before I return to the slope. Please send any letter to my address above certified so we know they have been received.
