Zappos
is an online retail company. Zappos has
its own methods of hiring fit candidates. Utililizing criteria that would
benefit Zappos. Working at Zappos is
like being with family, is your home.
The following are steps
of the selection process at Zappos.
2. Second interview candidate go to a set up
room to answer questions and see their behavior
Interviews, and if they have any
knowledge of Zappos.
3. Directors of Human Resource finds out whether
the candidate treated the driver with respect
if not
the candidate is eliminated.
4. Open-minded the interviewer gives the
candidate newspaper to see what they notice which
should be the headline.
5. Candidates are invited for lunch and are
observe how they interact with other people.
6. After the process is over some receive a job
offer. Is up to the candidate if they
want to be
I think this seem like
a complete selection process to hire qualify candidates.

Reviewing
the criteria for a successful selection method Zappos meet them all.Zappos have
procedures follow to hire qualify candidates. They hire candidates that are
suitable for the job.
Candidate that would fit
and are appropriate for the position. Everything is done by the book. Zappos measure
their success of its selection methods by sharing their values, certified them
t satisfy customers and inspired them to enjoy.
I
definitely recommend that decision makers at Zappos use highly structured for
job interviews. Using their method will look for qualify candidates, one that
knows about the company and is sociable. A candidate that would represent
Zappos with their skills and able to go further.
